The only thing I don’t care for is the sides would be at the end of the panel. The way it’s on now it folds in and does not provide the proper protection.

This is not a Hard Base Car Seat. It is a soft hammock which is not useful for my dog. Don't buy it if you want a hard base.

I didn’t receive a hard bottom hammock and I sent four messages and have not heard from any of my messages that I sent and pictures of what I received and it was not a hard bottom hammock. This is so unacceptable and It’s so very unprofessional the way you have not handled this issue. So I asked for a refund and have heard no reply.

My order was for the Waterproof Hard-Base Car Seat Cover & Hammock (WHBCSCH) AND the dog bed.

First, the order was identified on my credit card as SP AYA SANTA ROSA CA. This seller was not recognized by me, so the purchase was disputed with my credit card company. A few days later I realized it was the same amount of my Pawtopia order, and the dispute was cancelled.

A couple days later I received notice my order had been delivered in our mailbox by the USPS. That concerned me as there was no way the WHBCSCH & bed could fit in the mailbox. What I found was a package containing only the outer fabric of the WHBCSCH. No inserts. No bed. Nothing else.

I sent two responses to your shipping emails about this but received no response. After finding no way to contact you I reopened the dispute with my credit card company as an incorrect product sent.

Please issue a refund and call tag for the fabric carcass immediately. It is unusable.

This purchase has been very disappointing to say the least, and another source for a similar product is in progress.
